Classes and Learning

Posted on September 4, 2013 at 9:28 AM Comments comments ()
I will be offering classes on wire wrapping again this winter quarter at FGCU Renaissance Academy and Edison Extension. There will also be a 1 time class on earrings at FGCU. Any of my students who wish "Home School" may contact me to set up classes.
I have been in classes myself for Polymer Clay, and am intrigued with the diversity of the medium. It is like grown up play dough & so much fun. I just finished a faux 15th century piece, so much fun.

I suppose Ms Lady can now be considered international; I just sold two pieces in England.

Yeah! Conquistadors, thank you for honoring my jewelry at your recent function.

I am working on a special order for a client in California, and just sent off a piece to Washington state. Wake up Florida, the best is leaving
 the state.

Ms Lady Says

I just returned from WA state where a few more people are now wearing Ms Lady Creations. I never expected to branch into childrens jewelry, but received an order for 6 bracelets & went right to work.
My jewelry is different either in style, color or the unique pieces used in it's creation. I can now claim distribution in England & Gremany as well as coast to coast in the USA.
Look for updates, as the winter quarter begins for adult education. I will be teaching "The Art of Wire Wrapping" at FL Gulf Coast Renaissance Acadamy as well as Edison State Collage.

Bad News; In August I had a joint replaced in my thumb so I was unable to "pull wire" to make any wire wrapped jewelry. Good News; I could not stand being idle so I learned about the beaded bezels you see in the catalog. Expanding my line to provide diversity is my ambition so check back monthly.

This afternoon was spent with some of my jewelry making friends I created a new crocheted necklace which I will post soon. I have also been taking pictures of some of my inventory to add to the site, so keep checking.
